Questions
The first question is free. After that, in packs — questions do not expire, are not tied to the subscription and do not renew themselves: it is a one-time purchase, not a subscription dressed as a pack.

What we don't do
We don't charge for changing the topic: you have one chart, and the topic only picks which of its points to read. Selling the same calculation twice is petty.
We don't hide the renewal price behind the entry price. We don't complicate unsubscribing. We don't write every day to justify the subscription — on quiet days there is no letter.
